Building Structure Competency Cell (BSCC) located in Chennai focuses on adaptation, implementation and training in the following areas of expertise for B&F OC:

Pre-stress Technology

BSCC supports in full, above areas starting from Design to Completion of Projects.

Civil Utilities & Finishes Competency Centre (CU & FCC)

 
CU & FCC extends its support in strengthening our core technical expertise in execution of finishing works. A team of dedicated experienced professionals have been deployed in CU & FCC and would be constantly involved in evolving the core expertise in various aspects of finishing works while striving towards for cost effective solutions. The broad functional objectives as defined are as follows.  

  1. Standardization of work methodology for finishing works.
  2. Impart training to project staff on finishing works
  3. Sourcing of Latest Technology in construction & Implementation in our projects
  4. Global Sourcing of materials & machineries for construction.
  5. Identification of specialized Vendors for finishing works & creating data base
  6. Recruitment of experienced personnel for finishing works.

Construction Methods and Planning Centre (CMPC)
B&F – OC has an exclusive wing called CMPC, which offers services in construction technique and compliments its structural design capabilities with its expertise in construction method and techniques.
