| ECC also designs and builds system housing projects using mass production techniques like heated tunnel forms, large area wall panel forms and aluminium formwork. Using these high-speed construction technologies, ECC builds reinforced walls and floor slabs in a single pour, reducing construction time and cost. Adopting these techniques, ECC has successfully built a number of housing units with 1,800 sq.ft of built-up area in a cycle of one flat per day of operations.
