L&T Infocity Limited (LTIL)

L&T Infocity Limited (LTIL) is a JV of L&T Urban Infrastructure Limited and Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (APIIC). The company has developed the prestigious HITEC City (Hyderabad Information Technology Engineering Consultancy City), over an area of 151 acres. 
 
 
HITEC City is an integrated techno-township comprising of state of the art IT office space with amenities like food courts, banks with ATMs, petrol station and high quality infrastructure facilities like grid of substations with redundancy, underground HT power distribution, water supply & sewerage network with sewage treatment plant, road network, parks & rock gardens, etc. The accent is on providing state-of-the-art facilities such as uninterrupted power, intelligent building management systems and high bandwidth data and voice communication networks for software companies, engineering and consultancy firms. 
 
Large multi-tenanted facilities in HITEC City include Cyber Towers, Cyber Gateway and Cyber Pearl, with clientele of the likes of Microsoft, Oracle, Genpact and Keane. Exclusive Built to Suit IT projects have been developed for HSBC, Deloitte and Motorola in HITEC City. L&T Infocity Limited operates and maintains all the services in HITEC City and also renders these services on consultancy to other projects, like that to the Delhi IT Park of  Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) in the National Capital Region. Apart from HITEC City, L&T Infocity Limited, through its other SPVs, has developed Built to Suit IT Parks for HSBC at Vizag, Colombo and Kolkata.  
 
LTIL is also developing a mega residential township, SERENE COUNTY, on 32 acres of land at Gachibowli, Hyderabad. SERENE COUNTY offers 2, 3 & 4 BHK elegant luxury apartments with infrastructure like roads, assured water and power supply. The common amenities include a clubhouse, shopping complex, play courts and swimming pool.
L&T Infocity Lanka Private Limited (L&T-ILPL)

With LTIL as the lead partner in the SPV, L&T Infocity Lanka Private Limited (LTILPL) has promoted the IT facility in Colombo. This exclusive built-to-suit IT Park (0.19 million sq.ft.) is in Rajagiriya, close to the Parliament of Sri Lanka. This project was commissioned in April 2005 and HSBC Electronic Data Processing Lanka Private Limited (HDPL) runs a major IT-enabled service operation of back office processing/call center from the facility.

LTIL has conceptualised and promoted the project and has also rendered project management services to LTILPL.

L&T Infocity Infrastructure Limited (L&T-IIL)
L&T Infocity Infrastructure Limited (LTIIL) is a subsidiary of LTIL and has undertaken development of an exclusive built-to-suit IT Park in Salt Lake, Kolkata. Having abuilt up area of 0.18 million sq.ft, this IT Park was leased to HSBC Electronic Data Processing India Private Limited (HDPI) for an initial period of 9 years. The facility was commissioned in January 2006 and HDPI has commenced its IT-enabled service operations of back office processing/call center from the facility.
Vizag IT Park Limited (VIPL)
VIPL is an associate company of L&T Infocity Limited. On a plot of two acres, VIPL has developed an exclusive built-to-suit IT Park, with a built up area of about 0.18 million sq.ft,. for HSBC Electronic Data Processing India Private Limited (HDPI) at Siripuram in the heart of Visakhapatnam.  
 
This first major IT facility in Visakhapatnam was commissioned in April 2004 for HDPI’s IT-enabled service operations.
L&T Tech Park Limited

L&T Tech Park Limited, a subsidiary of L&T Urban Infrastructure Limited (L&TUIL)  has been  formed to promote world class IT Parks in Kerala. 
 
L&T Tech Park’s first IT Project is coming up in a phased manner on 7 acres of land in the picturesque campus of Infopark Kochi, a Government of Kerala Organization. It is located 25 km from the Cochin International Airport and 12 km from the heart of the city. 
 
L&T Tech Park will have a total built-up area of 1.1 million sq.ft, with requisite parking facilities.  
 
Phase 1 - TEJOMAYA of a built up area  of approx. 0.4 million sq.ft. is largely occupied with clientele including TCS, Arbitron, IBS, etc.,

Modern lifestyle-enhancing amenities such as a 500-seater Cafeteria, entertainment kiosks, indoors games hall, health club, conference hall, shops, banking facilities etc. in short, everything that modern-day business enterprises need, are provided inside the IT Park. A multi – level car park (MLCP) with a capacity of 412 slots has also become operational.

Phase 2 shall consist of “SIGNATURE TOWER” with a  built up area  of 0.71 million sq.ft.  and a separate MLCP to accommodate 408 car parks

L&T Phoenix Infoparks Pvt.Limited

L&T Phoenix Infoparks Pvt.Limited, a subsidiary of L&T UIL, is developing HITEC City 2 - an IT SEZ of 3 millon sq.ft. at Gachibowli and Intellicity – a mixed-use development of 1.3 million sq.ft. at Nanakramguda in Hyderabad.

1.
HITEC City 2 IT/ITES SEZ envisages development of a state of the art Special Economic Zone for IT/ITES activities, with a built up area of 3 million sq.ft. on 25.7 acres of land in Gachibowli, adjoining the prestigious HITEC City.  The total development in the HITEC City2 SEZ would comprise of ten state of the art IT buildings, each of an area of about 0.25-0.30 million sq.ft.  Two buildings have been developed and marketed and the clientele includes UBS, HCL Technologies, iGate & MAQ Software. A 300 seater Incubation Centre has also been developed, to meet the interim space requirements of the SEZ Units. Development of the balance space is being undertaken in a phased manner.
2.
Intellicity project at Nanakramguda, is being developed as an integrated township of about 1.3 million sq. ft. comprising of IT Park and residential space, spread over 8 acres of land. This development is in close proximity to other knowledge hubs like the Financial District, the campuses of Microsoft, Infosys & Wipro. An IT Tower of 0.29 million sq.ft. has been developed and leased to Deloitte. Residential development is underway.

Cyber Park Development and Construction Limited

“Cyber Park” is a state-of-the-art IT Park in Electronics City, Bangalore. A Special Purpose Vehicle, Cyber Park Development & Construction Limited, has developed the project jointly with Software Technology Parks of India (STPI). Built over an area of 4.46 acres, Cyber Park offers a built-up area of 0.49 million sq.ft with a floor plate of approximately 37,000 sq.ft. 
 
It has two identical blocks varying in height (Block 1 - G+ 6 floors and Block 2 - G+ 4 floors)  There is ample provision for parking over 600 cars in the 2 level basement, apart from the open car park area which could accommodate 40 cars.

Infrastructure facilities include quality power with DG back-up, exclusive 11 kV feeder with redundancy, 8 passenger and 2 service elevators, OFC backbone to each floor and comprehensive fire protection system with smoke detectors and sprinklers. Amenities available include a gymnasium, health club, business centre, fully-equipped 200-seat auditorium and an amphitheatre.

L&T Arun Excelllo IT SEZ Pvt.Limited

L&T Arun Excelllo IT SEZ Pvt.Limited, a subsidiary of L&T UIL is developing 3 million sq.ft. of IT SEZ space on GST Road near Chennai. This SEZ is part of ESTANCIA, an integrated township of about 82 acres, also comprising residential and commercial developments.

The IT SEZ spread over 29 acres will have 3.04 million sq.ft of constructed space.  The total built up area will be spread over eight blocks, each ranging from 0.28 million sq.ft to 0.47 million sq.ft.

The Phase I of this project will consist of a Signature Tower of about 0.37 million sq.ft and three other blocks (B1,B2 & B3) of 0.47 million sq.ft. each, along with the common infrastructure such as approach roads, lighting, drainage and so on.  The Signature Tower for multiple users is ready for occupation. The other three blocks will be on a built to suit basis as per customer requirements.

L&T Hitech City Limited

L&T Hitech City Limited is developing the Vijayawada IT Zone, comprising of 1  million sq.ft. of IT SEZ space along with 0.45 million sq.ft. of supporting residential space, over 25 acres of land near the Vijayawada Airport.

The first phase IT Block of about 0.2 million sq.ft. of built-up area is now ready for occupation.

Nagpur IT SEZ
Nagpur IT SEZ comprises of 50 acres of land being developed as part of the MIHAN SEZ near the Nagpur airport, envisaging a development of 2.5 million sq ft. of IT SEZ space.
