Management Services’ which is the part of the ‘Resources & Supply
Chain Management ‘. P &M operations include Identification, Procurement,
Mobilization, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of Plant and machinery
on global basis. It focuses on optimum & effective utilization of equipment,
maintain high equipment availability, render technical support & offer alternate
solutions, control operating & maintenance costs, through data driven practices
and Quality policies for ensuring customer (Business Unit) satisfaction. In recognition
of its performance, this business unit is accredited with ISO9001 certification

resources in terms of Equipment, People strength and Facilities enable it to undertake
superior construction of complex structures of large magnitudes within stringent
timeframe. ECC has Repair workshops at strategic locations to carry out major
