Railway Electrification - High Speed Execution through Wiring Train and Mechanisation

Our turnkey capabilities in the overhead catenary system include design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of both 25 kV and 2x25 kV OHE Systems along with Traction substations, switching stations and GIS.

Large Scale Mechanised OHE installations viz:  of cylindrical foundation through auguring machines, mast grabber cum multi axis manipulator, simultaneous stringing of contact and catenary through mechanised wiring train.

Some of our significant projects include:

• WDFC (JICA funded): E&M Works for the entire section of the corridor (3145 tkm) employing state-of-the-art automated techniques.
• EDFC (Indian Railways / World Bank funded): 1024 tkm of 2x25 kV Traction and OHE along with S&T, SCADA and 132 kV Transmission.
• Electrification of Konkan Railways in Western Ghats - Roha to Verna (582 tkm). OHE installations over 70 tunnels and 125 bridges over a stretch of 428 km, 90% single line.
• Delhi Rohilla - Rewari, Alwar – Madar (780 tkm)
