The Prime Minister of Mauritius, Honourable Pravind Kumar Jugnauth, inaugurated the Sir Aneerood Jugnauth Hospital (Flacq Teaching Hospital), marking a significant milestone in the nation's healthcare landscape. Built by us on 25 acres of land, this state-of-the-art facility features 545 beds across six floors, plus a basement and ground floor, with provisions for 555 car parking spaces. We undertook the comprehensive construction of this hospital, including civil and structural works, finishing works, and the installation of critical systems.
During the inauguration, PM Jugnauth emphasized Mauritius's vision to become a regional health hub and praised the hospital's infrastructure, likening it to a five-star hotel, underlining the construction quality and excellence of this healthcare facility.
