A Sustainable Second Airport for Mumbai

We are at the forefront of the ambitious Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) project, a greenfield airport that will serve as the Mumbai Metropolitan Region’s second international airport.

As a leading airport infrastructure EPC, we are committed to delivering a world-class airport that will revolutionize air travel in the region. NMIA is designed as a sustainable and resource-efficient airport, incorporating cutting-edge technologies and environment friendly practices. The airport's master plan includes four phases, with an ultimate capacity of 90 million annual passengers, along with 8 lakh tons of cargo in its initial phase. Our scope of work in the initial phase will focus on developing Passenger Building 1, the South Runway, and associated facilities, catering to 20 million passengers annually. With our extensive experience in large-scale airport infrastructure projects, we are well-equipped to deliver NMIA as a landmark achievement in sustainable aviation infrastructure. The new airport will not only boost Maharashtra's economy but also set a new benchmark for sustainable development and air travel in India.

A significant milestone was achieved on October 11, 2024 with the successful inaugural landing by Indian Air Force(IAF) aircraft – the IAF C-295 - on the airport’s South runway. This marks a major step forward in completing the airport’s final stages of development, paving the way for phased commercial operations in early 2025
